This courtyard was tiny and certainly the smallest project we have taken on! The client was keen to transform it and have a cosy outdoor seating space.

The design centred around a beautiful hardwood fitted curved corner seating for the afternoon sun which incorporated the house steps as part of the seating.  A raised planted bed was located next to the seating and clad with some handmade aquatic-toned tiles which brought planting and fragrance close to the client, as well as attractive views from the kitchen.

The floor was made from beautiful limestone stone paver floor in a herringbone pattern, and a bespoke hardwood bike and log store with a planted green roof.
